I’m not sure if this is really good as Singapore has pretty good telco services even for overseas roaming. But still you may want check this out.

DON’T use this card!! These people are cheats. I credited my accoint with $50, they took the money and didn’t add the credit, so I was stuck in Europe without phone access for a week. When I contested the problem, they first didn’t respond, and since have delayed and delayed, saying they’re “investigating the problem”. I reported the problem to my credit card, and contested the charge, and now they claim I’m “not cooperating” so they’ve blocked my sim card. They’re unreliable, and either incompetent or simply dishonest. DON’T USE THEM!

I was never able to get the phone I ordered from them to do anything. Neither was the person traveling with me who also ordered a phone from them. Never again will I rent from them. In addition to it not working, when I called prior to leaving on my trip, the customer agent was condenscending and arrogant in his response to my questions. I used my I-phone instead and paid their very high charges.

I have just received the OneSimCard I ordered a couple days ago. Due to my lack of familiarity with the global phone I bought to be used with the sim card, I encountered errors making test calls/text messages. When I called OneSimCard’s customer service number, they patiently tested the functions with me. Not only they are prompt in shipping the card, they deliver excellent service and support. Furthermore, I have not seen any hidden charges. I strongly recommend anyone needing a sim card to use OneSimCard.com.
